What you actually want
A polyaspartic topcoat over an epoxy or polyaspartic base, at a stated film thickness, with a stated warranty. That is the specification worth comparing between quotes. Whether the contractor calls it polyaspartic or polyurea tells you about their marketing rather than about the floor, and both words describe the product that will be on your slab.
Where true fast-set polyurea belongs
Sprayed applications where a seconds-long cure is the point: truck bed liners, tank and containment linings, waterproofing membranes and joint fillers. It is superb material used that way. It is not practical to hand-apply across a garage floor, which is exactly why the polyaspartic branch of the family was developed.
The question that separates quotes
Because the names are interchangeable in practice, the useful questions are elsewhere: how many mils of total build, what is the preparation method, is there a flake broadcast to rejection or a partial broadcast, and what does the warranty actually cover. A quote that leads with a chemistry name and will not give you a film thickness is selling a word.
