Kitchen floors specified for the wet work.

Plan a commercial kitchen floor around drainage, cleaning, temperatures and service hours. Apex helps define the scope before a coating system and installation window are agreed.

AI concept visualization. Confirm the actual finish with a physical sample.

What the specification needs to solve.

Heat and chemicals

List cleaning products, concentrations and temperatures, including discharge near dishwashing equipment. The main kitchen and hot wash areas may need different systems.

Drains and transitions

Inspect falls, drains, coving and equipment bases. Confirm these details with the operator and relevant project professionals before pricing the resin finish.

Texture and cleanability

Review a physical texture sample and the cleaning method together. Surface texture alone does not establish suitability for every wet or greasy condition.

Compare the starting options.

Floor system fit and considerations
SystemWhere it fitsWhat to check
Quartz broadcastAn option to assess where textured resin flooring is suitable.Confirm chemical, temperature and cleaning compatibility with the product specification.
Commercial epoxyA specified resin system for the traffic and exposure in each zone.Repair depth, moisture treatment and chemical exposure change the build.

For initial budgeting, see the indicative price guide. Area, repairs, existing coating removal, moisture, access and travel affect the final quote.

Plan the return to work.

Allow separately for equipment movement, demolition, repair, installation, curing and any required inspection. A service window cannot be guaranteed from floor area alone. Confirm reopening with the operator before scheduling work.

Kitchen area, operating hours, equipment layout, drain locations, cleaning products, temperature exposure, existing floor condition and the available closure window.

Photos can start the conversation. They do not replace moisture testing or an on-site assessment.

A quote you can compare.

Confirm these details in the written proposal so price, access and expectations refer to the same scope.
