Identify actual exposure
List fluids, cleaning products and how quickly spills are removed. Chemical compatibility is product-specific and needs checking against the proposed system.
Inspect working areas
Review oil contamination, joints, lift bases and damaged concrete. Include wheel traffic, jacks and equipment in the assessment of the required build.
Choose a practical finish
Compare a solid colour with a broadcast finish using physical samples. Consider spill visibility, traction, cleaning and the appearance of future repairs.
