What the specification needs to solve.
Wheel loads and joints
Record the vehicle types, wheel materials, turning areas and rack layout. Inspect joint edges and damaged concrete before choosing a coating thickness or repair system.
Cleaning and visibility
Define the dust-control objective, cleaning equipment and marking layout. Confirm which areas need texture, colour changes or a different surface specification.
Stock and access
Agree how stock moves, which routes remain open and how freshly coated zones are protected. A phased proposal needs workable boundaries and enough time for each zone to cure.

Map the floor into practical work zones before promising overnight work. Racking relocation, noise, dust isolation, repairs and curing can extend a phase. Confirm reopening criteria for the actual warehouse vehicles.
